How do you get a grade 7+ in Maths? Behold the egg of excellence!
To achieve a grade 7 in GCSE Mathematics you need to "crack" the egg of excellence!
The way to do this is to master ALL of the topics within the egg. There is no point in just focusing on the grade 7 stuff, you have to be able to do the grade 5 and 6 stuff too. If you manage to do all of these, then additional higher topics will push you towards a grade 8! The following students missed out on grade 7s by just a few marks last summer! So if you can do just a bit better than they did you should get a grade 7! Last summer you needed 124 marks across the 3 papers (it might be more this year, we just can't know yet).
